Payment & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the payment terms and refund conditions for services provided by Centric Force Training LLC, including gym memberships, coaching programs, and educational training. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before accessing any training programs or membership benefits.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.
  • All fees are non-transferable, and membership or training access is limited to the registered user.

2. Refund Policy

Gym Memberships & Training Programs

  • No refunds are provided for membership fees once the service has been activated.
  • Refunds for training programs may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within the first week of purchase.

Coaching & Educational Courses

  • Refunds for coaching services may be requested before the first session begins. Once coaching has commenced, refunds are not applicable.
  • Educational programs, digital courses, or downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Users may pause or reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Centric Force Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training programs due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

  • Refunds may be granted in cases of technical errors, duplicate transactions, or service failures directly caused by Centric Force Training.
  • Disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing to info@centricforcetraining.com, and will be reviewed within [7] business days.
